34-30-21-1. Application

Sec. 1. This chapter does not grant immunity from civil liability to a person who commits an act that: (1) amounts to gross negligence or willful and wanton misconduct; or (2) does not comply with an applicable federal law. As added by P.L.5-2005, SEC.6.
