34-30-5-0.2. Application of Certain Amendments to Prior Law

Sec. 0.2. The amendments made to IC 34-4-12.5-1 and IC 34-4-13.5-2 (before their repeal, now codified at section 1 of this chapter and at IC 34-6-2) by P.L.144-1991 apply only to a gift of a food item made after June 30, 1991. As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.564.
