Sec. 5. When signed by the judge and filed, the bill of exceptions becomes a part of the record. Delay of the judge in signing and filing the bill of exceptions does not deprive the party objecting of the benefit of the bill of exceptions. 34-56-1-2. Appeals Prohibited After Receiving Money Paid or Collecting on Judgment
