34-7-6-2. Authority to Declare Emergency

Sec. 2. The court, judge, body, or official has authority to: (1) find and declare: (A) the existence of an emergency; and (B) the time during which the emergency existed; and (2) enter the finding and declaration in the record. 34-7-6-3. Computation of Time
