35-48-3-7. Records of Registrants
Sec. 7. Records of Registrants. Persons registered to manufacture, distribute, or dispense controlled substances under this article shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the record-keeping and inventory requirements of federal law and with any additional rules the board issues. 35-48-3-8. Order Forms
Sec. 8. Order Forms. Controlled substances in schedules I and II shall be distributed by a registrant to another registrant only pursuant to an order form.
