36-1-14.2-2. Purchase of Professional Liability Insurance

Sec. 2. Whenever a medical clinic or health care facility purchases professional liability insurance under section 1 of this chapter, the clinic or facility must purchase the insurance directly from an insurance company. As added by P.L.286-1995, SEC.2.

36-1-14.2-3. Immunity From Civil Liability

Sec. 3. A person who provides health care to an individual at a medical clinic or health care facility described in this chapter is immune from civil liability to the extent described in IC 34-30-13. As added by P.L.286-1995, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.1-1998, SEC.204.
