36-7-15.6-8. “Special Flood Hazard Property”

Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, “special flood hazard property” means property that on January 1, 2018, is situated in a special flood hazard area as designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in which the mandatory purchase of flood insurance may apply. As added by P.L.61-2018, SEC.1.
