36-7-7.7-1. Application of Chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to an eligible political subdivision located within the metropolitan planning area of the MPO. As added by P.L.83-2020, SEC.1.

36-7-7.7-8. Bylaws and Rules; Record Keeping

Sec. 8. The MPO may adopt bylaws and rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings, and determinations. The MPO’s record is a public record. As added by P.L.83-2020, SEC.1.
