36-8-2.1-10. Prohibition Against Threat of Discipline

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “interview” means a mandatory discussion to determine facts surrounding a complaint or an internal investigation. As added by P.L.271-2019, SEC.1.

36-8-2.1-7. Rights Under Contract or Other Law
