36-8-6-1.7. “Americans With Disabilities Act”

Sec. 1.7. As used in this chapter, “Americans with Disabilities Act” refers to the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.) and any amendments and regulations related to the Act. As added by P.L.4-1992, SEC.32.
