36-9-27.8-8. Application of Chapter

Sec. 8. This chapter applies to the following: (1) A subdivision located in an unincorporated area of Johnson County. (2) A subdivision located within a consolidated city. This chapter does not apply to a subdivision located within the boundaries of an excluded city (as defined in IC 36-3-1-7). As added by P.L.139-2018, SEC.2.
