5-20-10-7. Report
Sec. 7. The task force shall submit a report to the governor and the legislative council not later than December 31, 2022. The report submitted to the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. As added by P.L.75-2021, SEC.1.
5-20-10-8. Expiration
Sec. 8. This chapter expires January 1, 2023. As added by P.L.75-2021, SEC.1.
5-20-10-5. Meetings and Records Open to Public
Sec. 5. All meetings of the task force shall be open to the public in accordance with and subject to IC 5-14-1.5. All records of the task force shall be subject to the requirements of IC 5-14-3. As added by P.L.75-2021, SEC.1.
