5-25-5-3. Effect of Article When Contrary to Constitution

Sec. 3. If this article is contrary to the constitution of any party state, the article shall remain in effect as to the remaining party states and in effect as to the party state affected as to all severable matters. As added by P.L.50-1997, SEC.1.

5-25-5-4. Effect of Article on Other Laws
