5-32-2-14. “Project”
Sec. 14. (a) “Project” means the construction, remodeling, rehabilitation, or repair of buildings or other facilities owned by a public agency as described in the RFP. Sec. 15. “Public agency” includes all of the following: (1) The meaning set forth in IC 5-30-1-11. (2) A public library (as defined in IC 36-12-1-5).
