5-4-1-11. First Recovery; Exhaustion of Penalty
Sec. 11. No official bond shall be void on a first recovery, but suits may be instituted thereon, from time to time, until the penalty thereof is exhausted. Formerly: Acts 1852, 1RS, c.13, s.11.
