5-33-6-8. Grant Guidelines

Sec. 8. (a) The corporation shall establish guidelines for the application and approval of grants. (b) The corporation may seek the recommendations from the board when making a determination to approve or reject a grant application. As added by P.L.78-2019, SEC.5.

5-33-6-9. Promotional Material

Sec. 9. Promotional materials produced with the assistance of funds provided under this chapter must include the following statement: “Produced in cooperation with the Indiana Destination Development Corporation.” Promotional materials must also include a statement provided by the corporation.
