Sec. 1.2. As used in this chapter, “applicant” means a person who applies for a trainer certificate under this chapter to train: (1) alcohol servers; and (2) individuals who plan to become certified trainers; on the selling, serving, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Sec. 13.
