9-13-3-5. Chairperson
Sec. 5. (a) The governor shall annually designate one (1) of the members appointed under section 4(1) of this chapter as chairperson of the commission. (b) Members of the commission appointed under section 4(1) of this chapter serve a four (4) year term. As added by P.L.128-2021, SEC.1.
