9-24-16.5-8. Photo Exempt Identification Card; Not to Be Used by Operator of Motor Vehicle

A person who forges or reproduces a photo exempt identification card issued under this chapter: (1) with intent to use the photo exempt identification card; or (2) with intent that the photo exempt identification card may be used by another person; commits a Class B misdemeanor.
