9-24-5-3.1. Applicability; Driving Privileges

Sec. 3.1. The holder of a valid public passenger chauffeur’s license is entitled to the same driving privileges as the holder of a driver’s license with a for-hire endorsement under IC 9-24-8.5. As added by P.L.198-2016, SEC.446. Amended by P.L.111-2021, SEC.44.
