Sec. 3. (a) A member appointed to the advisory board under section 2 of this chapter serves a three (3) year term and may be reappointed. Sec. 4. Members of the advisory board are entitled to receive the expenses and per diem allowed by law. Membership on the advisory board does not constitute the holding of a public office. As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
Sec. 5. The secretary shall serve as chairperson of the advisory board. The advisory board shall elect a vice chairperson and secretary from the appointed members during the first meeting of each year. Sec. 6. The advisory board shall meet at least one (1) time during a calendar year. Additional meetings may be convened at the call of the secretary or the written request of any three (3) members. As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
Sec. 7. A majority of the current members of the advisory board constitutes a quorum for doing business. The majority vote of the members of the quorum, present and voting, is required for the passage of a matter put to a vote of the advisory board. As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78.
