514J.118 Severability. If any provision of this chapter, or the application of the provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter, and the application of the provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected. 2011 Acts, ch 101, §18
