§9:5825. Applicability

RS 9:5825 – Applicability Notwithstanding any other provision of law, R.S. 9:5822 through 5824 shall not apply to landlord-tenant disputes, evictions proceedings, and lease disputes regarding immovable property, provided the proceedings are carried out in accordance with Executive Order KBB 2005-67.
