Section 5-803 – Investigation of Complaint

    The Secretary, upon receipt of a complaint of a nuisance bird problem, may make an investigation to determine the degree and type of assistance required. If necessary after the investigation, the Secretary shall recommend approved means and methods of population management.

Section 5-804 – Cooperation With Other Agencies; Special Nuisance Bird Fund

    (a)    The Secretary shall cooperate with federal agencies, other State agencies, other states, and other persons in carrying out the duties imposed upon him by this subtitle.     (b)    Any money received from any cooperator or person shall be deposited in a special nuisance bird fund and be used to defray partially the expense of administering this subtitle.
