Section 19-101 – Definitions

    (a)    In this title:         (1)    the definitions in § 1–101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and         (2)    the following words have the meanings indicated.     (b)    “Board” means the Board of License Commissioners for Dorchester County.     (c)    “County” means Dorchester County.

Section 19-102 – Scope of Title

    This title applies only in Dorchester County.

Section 19-103 – Copy of Legislation

    A copy of any legislation concerning alcoholic beverages enacted by the county governing body under this title shall be sent to the Department of Legislative Services, 90 State Circle, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
