Section 22-2401 – Application of General Provisions

Section 22-2402 – Court May Remand

    In addition to the other powers of the circuit court for the county provided in Title 4, Subtitle 9 of this article, the court may remand the proceedings to the Board.

Section 22-2403 – Options for Board

    The Board may choose to:         (1)    have an action for judicial review tried before a jury; and         (2)    if the Board has suspended or revoked a license, allow the license holder to operate pending the outcome of the judicial review.
