(a) (1) All licenses shall be issued for 6 or 12 months. (2) The term of a 6–month license begins on November 1. (3) The term of a 12–month license begins on May 1. (b) The fee for a 6–month license is half of the annual fee.
In cases of hardship, the Board may refund a portion of the fee for a license it has issued.
