Section 9-2707 – Disorderly Congregation on Premises

    (a)    A license holder may not allow disorderly or disreputable individuals to congregate on the licensed premises.     (b)    A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
