Section 33-2703 – Allowing Loitering on Premises

    (a)    Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a license holder may not allow an individual who is not a consumer to loiter on the premises for which the license is issued.     (b)    A restaurant may serve a meal without an alcoholic beverage to an individual.

Section 33-2008 – Limit on Consumption

    If sales of alcoholic beverages in a licensed premises may continue until 2 a.m., alcoholic beverages may not be consumed later than 2:30 a.m., when the licensed premises shall be vacated by all customers.
