    There is a State Board of Foresters in the Department.

Section 7-203 – Officers

    (a)    From among its members, the Board annually shall elect a chairman, a vice chairman, and a secretary.     (b)    The manner of election of officers shall be as the Board determines.     (c)    The secretary of the Board shall be covered by a surety bond in the form and amount required by law.

Section 7-204 – Quorum; Meetings; Compensation; Staff

Section 7-206 – Miscellaneous Powers and Duties

Section 7-207 – Disposition of Money

    The Board shall pay all money collected under this title into the General Fund of the State.
