Section 17-2002 – License Required
A person must have a license whenever the person does business as a trading stamp issuer in the State.
Section 17-2003 – License Fees
An applicant for a license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of: (1) $50 for an applicant that is a manufacturer or packer that issues trading stamps in connection with the sale of its products; or (2) $500 for any other applicant.

Section 17-20A-05 – Conducting Business Without Displaying License Prohibited
A transient vendor who conducts business in the State without displaying a valid transient vendor’s license is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is subject to a fine not to exceed $500 for each offense.
