Section 17-1201 – “License” Defined

    In this subtitle, “license” means a license issued by the clerk to keep a storage warehouse.

Section 17-1202 – License Required

    A person must have a license whenever the person keeps a storage warehouse where goods are stored for a fee in the State.

Section 17-1203 – License Fees
