Section 17-1501 – “Plumber’s License” Defined
In this subtitle, “plumber’s license” means a license issued by the clerk to do business as a plumber or gas fitter.
Section 17-1502 – Scope of Subtitle
This subtitle does not apply to a person who holds a trader’s license issued under Subtitle 18 of this title.
Section 17-1503 – License Required
A person must have a plumber’s license whenever the person does business as a plumber or gas fitter in the State.
Section 17-1504 – License Fees
