Section 17-1601 – “Restaurant License” Defined
In this subtitle, “restaurant license” means a license issued by the clerk to operate a restaurant or other eating place.
Section 17-1602 – Scope of Subtitle
This subtitle does not apply in Montgomery County.
Section 17-1603 – License Required
A person must have a restaurant license whenever the person operates a restaurant or other eating place in the State.
Section 17-1604 – License Fees
