Section 14-1601 – Definitions

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.     (b)    “Official rating” means an official rating of the Motion Picture Association of America.     (c)    “Person” means an individual, corporation, partnership, or any other legal or commercial entity.     (d)    “Video movie” means a videotape or video disc copy of a motion picture film.
