    (a)    A person making a door-to-door solicitation for any purpose shall comply with this subtitle.     (b)    Violation of this subtitle shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice.     (c)    Any payment, pledge, or promise made as a result of a solicitation made in violation of this subtitle is voidable by the consumer.

    This subtitle does not:         (1)    Prohibit a person from filing an action for damages against a body shop; or         (2)    Require a person first to exhaust any administrative remedy he may have.

Section 14-2304 – Violation of Subtitle

    A violation of any provision of this subtitle is an unfair or deceptive practice within the meaning of Title 13 of this article and is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions contained in Title 13.
