Section 13-1814 – Raffles — Administrative Provisions

    The county:         (1)    may adopt regulations necessary for the conduct of a raffle; and         (2)    after a public hearing, may revoke the permit of a holder for failure to comply with this subtitle or regulations adopted under this subtitle.

Section 13-1815 – Prohibited Act; Penalty

    A person who violates this subtitle or a regulation adopted by the county under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine of $1,000 or both.
