Section 13-2507 – Judicial Review
A party may seek judicial review of: (1) the sheriff’s suspension of a license under this subtitle; or (2) the sheriff’s refusal to issue a license under this subtitle.
Section 13-2508 – Enforcement
This subtitle shall be enforced by: (1) the sheriff; (2) any municipal police officer in the county; (3) any other law enforcement officer of the county; and (4) any prosecutor of the county.
Section 13-2601 – “County Commissioners” Defined
In this subtitle, “county commissioners” means the Board of County Commissioners of Worcester County.
Section 13-2602 – Scope of Subtitle
This subtitle applies only in Worcester County.
Section 13-2605 – “Department” Defined
In this part, “Department” means the Worcester County Department of Development Review and Permitting.

Section 13-2607 – Regulations
(a) The Department may adopt reasonable regulations to administer and enforce this part. (b) A copy of the regulations adopted by the Department shall be made available at a reasonable cost.
