Section 13-2411 – Prohibited Act; Penalty
(a) A person may not conduct bingo in violation of Part II of this subtitle. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both. (c) Each day that a violation occurs is a separate violation.
Section 13-2112 – Gaming Events and Gaming Devices — Management of Operation
Members of the qualified organization shall personally manage the operation of the gaming device.

Section 13-2113 – Gaming Events and Gaming Devices — Daily Use Limitation
If a qualified organization uses a gaming device on a daily basis: (1) the qualified organization may not operate more than five gaming devices; and (2) the premises in which the qualified organization operates the gaming device may not contain more than five gaming devices.

There is a Washington County Gaming Commission.
Section 13-2114 – Gaming Events and Gaming Devices — Proceeds
(a) All proceeds from a gaming device shall be used solely for the legitimate charitable, benevolent, or tax-exempt purposes of the qualified organization. (b) Proceeds from the operation of a gaming device may not be used to benefit personally any member of the qualified organization.

Section 13-2005 – Bingo
To benefit charity in the county or to further its purposes, an entity may conduct bingo if the entity is a bona fide: (1) religious organization; (2) fraternal organization; (3) charitable organization; or (4) volunteer fire company operating in a community that does not have a paid fire department.
