Section 13-1706 – Prohibited Act; Penalty
(a) A person who violates a provision of §§ 13-1702 through 13-1704 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both. (b) Each day that a person is in violation under this section is a separate violation.
