Section 13-1007 – Legal Advisor
The Council may: (1) select and retain its own legal counsel; or (2) use the Attorney General as its legal counsel.

Section 13-1009 – Bylaws and Rules
The Council may adopt bylaws and rules for the conduct of its business and to carry out its mission.
Section 13-1010 – Cooperation
The Council shall cooperate with State and local units that have relevant statutory functions and duties.

Section 13-1004 – Chair

A member of the Council is not entitled to compensation as a member of the Council.
Section 13-1006 – Executive Director
(a) The Council may employ an Executive Director. (b) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Council.
