Section 18-3501 – Definitions
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) “Eligible institution” means a public or private nonprofit institution of higher education in the State that: (1) Possesses a certificate of approval from the Commission; or (2) Is approved under operation of law. Section 18-3502 – Cybersecurity Public Service Scholarship Program

Section 18-3505 – Funding
Funds for the Program shall be as provided in the annual budget of the Commission by the Governor.
Section 18-3506 – Regulations
(a) The Office shall adopt regulations to implement this subtitle. (b) The regulations adopted under subsection (a) of this section shall: (1) Identify the programs that meet the requirements of § 18–3503(b)(2) of this subtitle; and (2) Define the number of credits a scholarship recipient must earn as a full–time student.
