Section 23-101 – Definitions

    (a)    In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.     (b)    “Print disabled individual” means an individual who cannot effectively read print because of a visual, physical, perceptual, developmental, cognitive, or learning disability.     (c)    “State Library Agency” means the Maryland State Library Agency.     (d)    “State Library Board” means the Maryland State Library Board.
