Section 13-605 – Injunction

    (a)    The Secretary of State may seek an immediate injunction against any violation of this title.     (b)    A person who violates an injunction issued under this section:         (1)    is in criminal contempt; and         (2)    is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days or both.

Section 13-408 – Payment of Publication Expenses

    (a)    Publication expenses may not be paid from public funds.     (b)    Publication expenses:         (1)    may be paid by an authorized candidate campaign committee of the incumbent if the authorized candidate campaign committee complies with all other requirements of this title regarding expenditures and campaign material; and         (2)    may not be paid from the personal funds of any individual.
