Section 6-1603 – Prohibition on Foam Containing Intentionally Added Pfas Chemicals

Section 6-1605 – Penalties for Violations of Subtitle

    A person who violates this subtitle is subject to:         (1)    For a first violation, a civil penalty not exceeding $500; and         (2)    For a second or subsequent violation, a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000.

Section 6-1114 – Penalties

    (a)    A person who knowingly and willfully violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine not exceeding $100 for each violation.     (b)    Each day on which a violation occurs is a separate violation of this subtitle.

Section 6-1201 – Definitions

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.     (b)    “DecaBDE” means decabrominated diphenyl ether.     (c)    “OctaBDE” means octabrominated diphenyl ether.     (d)    “PentaBDE” means pentabrominated diphenyl ether.
