Section 4-337 – Collusive or Anticompetitive Activity

    A custodian shall deny inspection of the part of a public record that contains information:         (1)    generated by the bid analysis management system;         (2)    concerning an investigation of a transportation contractor’s suspected collusive or anticompetitive activity; and         (3)    submitted to the Maryland Department of Transportation by the United States Department of Transportation or by another state.
