Section 5-203 – Officers

Section 5-207 – Oaths and Subpoenas

    (a)    The Ethics Commission and its staff counsel each may:         (1)    administer oaths; and         (2)    issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce other evidence.     (b)    A subpoena issued under subsection (a) of this section may be enforced judicially.
