Section 13-3002 – Program

Section 13-3004 – Grants; Regulations
(a) A qualified medical institution may apply for a grant from the Fund each year. (b) The Department shall adopt regulations to administer the Fund in accordance with the purposes of this subtitle.
Section 13-2301 – “Women of Childbearing Age” Defined
