Section 13-205 – Duties of Council
The Advisory Council shall: (1) Promote evidence–based programs for healthy lifestyles and the prevention, early detection, and treatment of chronic disease; and (2) Make recommendations to the Department related to chronic disease prevention, health, and wellness.
Section 13-206 – Regulations
The Secretary shall adopt regulations governing the role and operations of the Advisory Council.
Section 13-301 – Program Established
The Kidney Disease Program is a program in the Department for the purpose of providing funding of kidney disease treatment for qualified individuals who elect to enroll in the Program and agree to pay fees which are described in this subtitle.
