On or before January 1 each year, the Commission shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on: (1) Providers certified under this subtitle; and (2) The amount sold, by condition treated, and average consumer price for medical cannabis products provided in accordance with this subtitle.
